Born in Sangli, a city in Western Part Maharashtra State in India, I belong to middle class family with Hindu culture and traditions.

I graduated from Govt. College of Pharmacy, Karad and was ranker in College and Shivaji University, Kolhapur.

I did Masters in Clinical Research from Cranfield University, United Kingdom and then did PhD in Clinical Research from Universidad Central de Nicaragua, South America 

​

I am TEDx Speaker at TEDx Kharghar Event 2018.

My hobbies include Hindusthani Classical music (Singing and Harmonium), Gardening, Painting, Fashion and Travel.

Religiously I am strong believer of Hinduism and follow it in scientific way.

As a professional trainer and coach, I have guided thousands of young graduates and professionals to achieve their goals in life. 

I am Certified Trainer from Dale Carnegie Institute and also coach.
